The strategy module is made up of 3 types of object:
- Initiatives,
- Use cases,
- Objectives
Definitions:
- Initiative: An initiative is a strategic priority or topic for the company. Initiatives can encompass other initiatives.
- Use case: A consumer need, problem or difficulty, linked to an initiative and addressed by a data or AI product.
- Objective: An objective is a metric with a target impacted by initiatives or use cases.
Links between objects:
- parent / child: Initiatives can be the parent of other Initiatives or Use Cases.
- impacts : Initiatives and Use Cases can impact Objectives.
- has for Domain: Like any DataGalaxy object, Initiatives, Goals and Use Cases can have a Domain.
- is linked to: Like any DataGalaxy object, Initiatives, Goals and Use Cases can be linked to another object.
