DataGalaxy Standard Indicative Maintenance Windows

To ensure platform stability, security, and performance, scheduled maintenance operations may take place during the following time windows.

During these maintenance periods, DataGalaxy instances may be temporarily unavailable. We therefore recommend avoiding scheduling imports or API calls during these time windows.  


European Clients (CET / CEST)

Maintenance operations generally occur during:

  • Tuesday and Thursday : 19:30 - 00:00
  • Sunday: 15:00 - 21:00

North American Clients (ET / PT)

For U.S.-based clients, maintenance takes place on:

  • Tuesday and Thursday :

            - East Coast (ET): 23:00 - 03:30

            - West Coast (PT): 20:00 - 00:30

  • Sunday:

            - East Coast (ET): 09:00 - 15:00

            - West Coast (PT): 06:00 - 12:00

These windows are provided for indicative purposes only and may evolve over time. They may also be adjusted on a case-by-case basis depending on technical constraints or specific client requirements.
