The purpose of the module data processing is to answer: how is the data used?
The Data Processing module describes the data flux between columns, whether inside the same database or different databases of the same workspace. Two types of processes exist:
- Data processing,
- Data flow.
The module is automatically created as soon as a Project or Organization is created.
It's easily identifiable thanks to this icon:
A process links:
- 1 to n property/columns to 1 to n data processing,
- 1 data processing to 0 to n target property/columns.
For each process, it's possible to manage a definition composed of the following elements:
- Name (Mandatory),
- Description,
- Ownership,
- Custom attributes.
