Clone a property from the Glossary module
You can clone a Glossary property to create a copy in the same project (same version). The clone uses the original name preceded by the word "Copy".
Elements copied are attributes (systems and custom).
Note: Implementation links, comments, tasks and Like / Dislike are not copied.
Clone an object from the Uses module
You have the possibility to clone an object from the Uses module in order to create a copy in the same project (same version). The clone is based on the original wording preceded by the word "Copy".
The copied elements are the:
- attributes (systems and custom),
- Use links to the objects in the dictionary and glossary.
Note: comments, tasks, and Like/Dislike are not copied.
Clone objects from the dictionary
Clone a table with all its columns
You have the possibility to clone a table in order to create a copy in the same template of the same project (same version). The clone is based on the original wording preceded by the word "Copy".
The copied elements are the:
- table attributes (system and custom),
- child columns with system and custom attributes,
- possible primary keys (but not foreign keys).
Note: Implementation links, as well as comments, tasks, and Like/Dislike, are not copied.
Clone a column
You have the possibility to clone a column of the dictionary in order to create a copy in the same project (same version). The clone is based on the original wording preceded by the word "Copy".
The copied elements are the:
- attributes (systems and custom).
Note: implementation links, primary, secondary, comments, tasks and Like/Dislike key information are not copied.
Clone a Data Processing
You have the possibility to clone a Data Processing in order to create a copy in the same project (same version). The clone is based on the original wording preceded by the word "Copy".
The copied elements are the:
- attributes (systems and custom),
- mapping of input and output objects and processing units.
Note: comments, tasks, and Like/Dislike are not copied.
